Announcement of legal immigration bill reforms by President Donald Trump and Senators’ David Perdue and Tom Cotton has been the subject of contentious press talk with Stephen Miller at The White House on Aug 02, 2017.
Senior Adviser for policy of US President Donald trump devised a new rant and rave when he got in a tizzy over press questions from Jim Acosta for CNN.
Miller calls Jim Acosta a “cosmopolitan biased” when Acosta amplified his question about “let in English speaking immigrants only” policy.
On CNN reporter’s question, “they have to learn English before they let in United States or we are just going to bring people from Great Britain or Australia?” Stephen bounced, “I’m shocked at your statement that you think only people from Great Britain and Australia would know English. It actually reveals your cosmopolitan bias to a shocking degree. It’s so insulting to millions of hardworking immigrants who do speak English from all over the world. More he added, “Have you honestly never met an immigrant from another country who speaks English outside of Great Britain and Australia? Is that your personal experience? Jim that is one of the most outrageous, insulting, ignorant and foolish thing you’ve ever said. He affirmed: “The notion that you think, that this is the racist bill is so wrong and so insulting.”
Stephen Miller also made apology to Jim Acosta at the end of his press briefing by saying, “I apologized to Jim if he thinks it got heated but you did make it some pretty roughing situation.”
“Compassion immigration measure designed to help new comers and current arrivals alike” stated Miller Stephen.
Coming back to legal immigration bill, Senior WH adviser stated, “We want to help unemployed American Africans in this country and unemployed workers of all backgrounds get jobs. This is positive optimist proposal that says, ten years, twenty years, thirty years from now, we wanna have an immigration system that takes care of the people who are coming here and who are already living here by having standards by having a real clear requirements that you’ll be able to support yourself financially by making ensure yours employers can pay the living wage. That is the right policy for our country and its president’s commitment to taking care of American Workers.
What is your take on Trump camp’s confrontation with media representatives and on Legal Immigration overhaul? I’m eager to know in comments.
